SHOP POLICIES

To keep our focus on quality repairs and fair service for everyone, we maintain the following guidelines:

1. Two-Cycle Equipment

We do not service two-cycle equipment (chainsaws, string trimmers, blowers, etc.).

These machines are time-intensive to diagnose and repair, often cost more to fix than replace, and are typically built for limited service life. Customers frequently expect long-term warranties that the equipment’s design simply cannot support. We recommend purchasing new units when these tools fail.

2. Parts Sales

We do not sell parts.

We repair a wide range of equipment, and nearly every job is unique. Maintaining inventory for every possible model and component is not practical. Please do not come to the shop seeking parts only. If you need a part for your own repair, we recommend contacting the manufacturer or a parts specialist.

3. Diagnostics & Phone Support

We are a repair shop, not a troubleshooting hotline.

If you want your equipment repaired, please bring it in during business hours. We are happy to diagnose and fix it properly on-site. Remote advice or “just tell me what’s wrong” requests over the phone or by message are not part of our service. For DIY repairs, free online resources (including manufacturer guides and instructional videos) are widely available.

4. After-Hours & Special Arrangements

If we agree to meet you outside normal hours or make special arrangements for drop-off or pickup, please keep the appointment.

These accommodations often require us to adjust our own schedules. No-shows waste time we could have used for other customers or personal commitments. We ask that you treat these arrangements with the same consideration we extend when we make them.
